Sordina provides a wide range of after-sales services all over Italy, either directly with its own experts or using specialised healthcare centres, for its own manufactured equipment as well as for similar or complementary products.

All the technicians employed are trained professionals who are constantly updated. During the training courses and regular updates, which are mandatory for all staff, an information activity is also carried out about safety and accident prevention.

Maintenance can also be carried out on the client’s request, but Sordina offers its clientele with the possibility to agree on regular maintenance contracts, full service, full risk and, now also, full risk maintenance when purchasing the equipment or even afterwards.

The validation of the sterilisation processes is always guaranteed according to the norms UNI EN 554 and UNI EN 285 as the measurements are always taken by a certified potenzialità third party.
